We deliver
Clean, sturdy totes show up at your current place, with red lids, labels, a marker, and a dolly to roll them around.
You pack & move
Fill them, stack them, roll them. Your rental is 7 days — or 14 — so you can move on your own schedule with your own crew.
We pick up
On your pickup day — exactly 7 or 14 days after delivery — leave the empty totes at your new place and we’ll come get them. That’s it — you’re moved.
Good to know: we rent the totes — we don’t move your belongings or provide labor. Delivery and pickup are a friendly ground-level handoff (no stairs), and we come during a scheduled window.

Delivery and pickup are free within 10 miles of central Beaumont (Delaware St & Dowlen Rd). When you book, we check both your addresses automatically.

Book at least 3 days ahead. We arrive sometime during your window — we’ll remind you the day before, and your totes are picked up exactly 7 or 14 days after delivery — you’ll see your pickup date before you book.

No deposit, no surprises. Here’s the whole list, straight from the rental agreement.
- Cancel 48+ hours before delivery: full refund, no questions.
- Cancel inside 48 hours: $50 (never more than you paid).
- Totes not ready at pickup: $10 per extra day.
- Extra cleaning needed: $3 per affected tote, max $15.
- Missing or wrecked tote: $18 each.
- Missed visit that needs a second trip: $15.
- If we cancel on you: full refund, and no charges, ever, for delays we cause.

Do you move my stuff?
No — we rent the totes, you do the moving. We deliver empty totes and pick them up empty, ground level only. Your crew, your truck, your pace.
How does booking work?
Pick a package and dates online; it’s a request, not an instant booking. We confirm availability, then you sign the rental agreement and pay by card. Nothing is charged until you approve and sign.
When do you pick the totes up?
Exactly 7 or 14 days after delivery, depending on the rental you choose — you’ll see your pickup date before you book, and we email you a reminder 2 days before and again the day before. Just have the totes empty and at ground level.
What if I need the totes longer?
A 7-day rental can be extended to 14 days — just ask at least 48 hours before your pickup day and pay the difference.
Do I need to clean the totes?
Just return them empty and reasonably clean. A quick wipe if something spilled is plenty. Deep cleaning and sanitizing between rentals is on us.
What can’t go in a tote?
No hazardous stuff: fuel, chemicals, or anything wet. And totes are for carrying, not climbing: please don’t stand on them.
