The short version: we collect only what a rental needs, and you can ask us to delete it. Last updated October 2026.

What we collect

• Contact info: your name, email, and mobile number — so we can confirm your rental and send reminders.
• Addresses: your current and new addresses — so we can deliver, pick up, and check that you’re inside our service area.
• Order details: your package, dates, add-ons, and any access notes you give us.
• Agreement records: your typed signature, the date and time you signed, and basic browser info — because the rental agreement is a real contract.

What we don’t collect

Card numbers never touch our website. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, a payment processor used by millions of businesses, on their secure pages.

Who else touches your info

• Stripe processes payments.
• Resend sends our emails (confirmations, reminders, receipts).
• A geocoding service converts your addresses to map coordinates for the service-area check.

We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising. We only share it with the services above, and only as needed to run your rental.

Want it gone?

Email [email protected] from the address on your order and ask us to delete your information. We’ll remove it, keeping only what tax and accounting law requires us to hold onto.
