What we do

409 Tote Rentals rents reusable moving totes and moving equipment in the Beaumont, Texas area. We deliver empty equipment to you, you pack and move your own belongings, and we pick the empty equipment up afterward.

We do not move your belongings, provide moving labor, or carry items up or down stairs. Delivery and pickup are a ground-level handoff during a scheduled window.

Booking and payment

• Submitting the booking form sends us a request — it isn’t a confirmed booking until we approve it.
• After we approve your request, you’ll get a private link to review your order, sign the rental agreement, and pay by card. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• If you don’t sign and pay within 48 hours of approval, your dates are released.
• Prices are shown before tax; sales tax (estimated at 8.25%) is added at checkout.

Fees

• No deposit.
• Cancel 48 or more hours before delivery: full refund.
• Cancel less than 48 hours before delivery: $50 (never more than you paid).
• Totes not ready at pickup: $10 per extra day.
• Extra cleaning needed: $3 per affected tote, capped at $15 per order.
• Missing or damaged-beyond-repair tote: $18 each.
• A missed visit caused by you that needs a second trip: $15.
• If we cancel on you: full refund, and no charges for delays we cause.

Taking care of the totes

• No hazardous materials, fuel, chemicals, or wet contents.
• Don’t stand on the totes.
• Return everything empty and reasonably clean.

The rental agreement

Each rental is covered by the rental agreement you sign before paying. If anything here conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
